This city is a 3D Photoshop Layer so you must have Photoshop CC to use it I will attempt to demonstrate it’s versatile use. Please note it is very important that you select all objects before you do any moving, transforming, and enlarging. If you select ‘current view’ however you can rotate it freely on your screen. Depending on how fast your computer you may need to resize to meet its needs.
Sample 1: This is an older Victorian style city at least the basics with buildings, streets, sidewalks etc
Sample 2: Rotate freely on your screen using ‘current view’.
Sample 3: After selecting all object layers you can enlarge a portion if desired and this will be good quality even for poster size prints. Understand this city is a base you will need to add textures and paint and be sure to adjust your lighting and the desired angle at this stage. More definitive lighting and atmosphere can be added later.
Sample 4 & 5: Sky is needed in many situations. But essentially at this stage be thinking foreground I will explain.
Sample 6: Here I arrived at a foreground I liked but too much sky as a result so I simply put in another copy of the city and rotated and made the global lighting match to put more buildings in the background.
Sample 7: I decided on a different view and to put my hearse carriage in it the image to be a fantasy of a vampire coming back to life on the way to the graveyard, a gloomy, cold, horrific, sort of evening in this victorian city. The cropped version will produce a poster piece of art for my gallery. but a Ghost Car would work too or a taxi or a streetcar or an old truck
